1. In this passage, the idea of coming appeared 9 times (vv. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14). John came as a witness, and Jesus became flesh and dwelled among us. What do these demonstrate about the preferred way of God for reaching out to others?
2. When Jesus came to make his dwelling among us, what were seen? How was Jesus like? What kind of example did Jesus set for us to imitate?
