Passage: Malachi 3:1-10
Reflection Questions:
1. In this passage, God declares that the messenger of the covenant will come for judgment. He will refine Levites and men will bring offerings in righteousness. This hints that the Israelites’ offerings were not acceptable to God at the time. What were the faults of the Israelite (v. 5)?
2. God then continue on to say that he has been faithful, but since the forefathers of Israel, the people have not been faithful. What example did God gave about their unfaithfulness (vv. 8-9)?
