Passage: 2 Samuel 12:1-13

Reflection Questions:
1. Notice that in verse 13, when David sincerely confessed his sin, the LORD forgave him right the way and released him from the customary death penalty from adultery and murder. Do you have any sin that you need to confess to God and ask for forgiveness?
2. Who is one “Nathan” in your life? How did you respond when confronted with your sin?
3. How do you imagine the outcome of the story would have been different if David was honest with Uriah and God about his adultery, instead of trying to cover up and even to murder?
