Passage: Genesis 5:18-27

Reflection Questions:
1. Enoch’s father and his son, Jared and Methuselah were the people who lived the longest in recorded human history, while Enoch lived a comparatively shorter life of 365 years. Yet, how does the scripture describe his life (vv. 22 and 24)?
2. What did God do to Enoch? In a long list of genealogy where everyone ended with the phrase “then he died”, what does the example of Enoch and his faithfulness foretold? What happened to this person who was faithful?
