1. There is an obvious comparison between truthful and lying, wise and foolish in this passage. Take the time to list out at least three outcomes of being truthful and wise, and three outcomes for being untruthful and foolish. If time is permissible, do this exercise with the whole passage.
2. According to your personal experience, how true do you think are the teachings in verse 18, 19, 20, and 23-25?
3. If you have to position yourself on these scales, where would you place yourself?
